Terms of Service (TOS) Agreement
At the time of VisitCentric Service signup, by accepting the following terms of service, you agree to following VisitCentric Terms of Service.

The VisitCentric Terms of Service(TOS) Agreement setup a legally binding agreement between Visitcentric Service Provider and VisitCentric Customer.

  1. In order to use VisitCentric service, a prospective customer will visit VisitCentric Service Plan page, and complete the Account Signup process. Prospective Customer will enter verifiable contact details during VisitCentric service signup.
  2. During VisitCentric Service signup, prospect Customer you will agree to VisitCentric Terms of Service.
  3. Upon completion of signup process. VisitCentric Service Provider will do Customer Account Verification. After successful Account Verification process, Customer will get welcome email will details how to immediately start using the service.
  4. VisitCentric Service Provider, reserves the right to refuse account to any prospective Customer. Payment made by such a prospective customer, will be promptly refunded.
  5. VisitCentric Customer uses VisitCentric Service (a) For reports and customer contact details, by login to web interface (b) For Business Support Chat, by downloading and installing VisitCentric Desktop Application on their workstation/PC/laptop (c) For Visitor to initiate Chat from customer’s website, by installing a script in the web pages of customer’s website.
Payment
The Services purchased by the Customer will be in the form of specific Plans .i.e. Stat only, Chat only and Stat and Chat Plans. Each Service Plan outlines the features, resources and storage that VisitCentric will provide to the Customer for the stated Service Fee. Each Service Plan along with their features, resources, storage and Service Fee are defined at www.VisitCentric.com. VisitCentric has the sole right to determine how the features, storage and resources under each Service Plan are interpreted and how they will be provided to the Customer. The Customer must clarify any questions about the Service Plan he or she wishes to purchase with VisitCentric before registration. The Service Plan will be provided to the Customer in the form of a Service Account, which would allow the Customer to manage and use the features, resources and storage stated in the chosen Service Plan. All prices mentioned on Service Plan page of www.VisitCentric.com are in US Dollars.
While registering for a Service Plan, the customer may choose a Billing Period of 1 Month, 6 Months or 1 Year. All Service Accounts are setup on a pre-pay basis. Upon the start of each Billing Period, the Customer will be charged the Service fee for the duration of the Billing Period. The Billing Period will renew itself automatically on termination unless the Customers choose to cancel his or her Service Account.
All charges will be debited against the Customer's balance maintained by VisitCentric. If Customers Service Account remains in debt for over 15 days, customer will be denied access to the Service Account. Access to Service Account will be provided only after payment is received. Customers Service Account, which remains unpaid for more than 30 days, will be deleted from our system without keeping any Customer data in our systems.
VisitCentric reserves the right to change pricing of the Services from time to time. VisitCentric also reserves the right to withdraw any feature from a Service Plan, at any time it wishes to do so.
 
Refunds/Cancellations
All Service Accounts must be cancelled by filling out the cancellation form.
If customer's registration date is less than 30 days from the cancellation date, the customer will receive a full refund.

Refunds will not be made if the Customer has violated any terms of the TOS.
 
Liabilities/Obligation on Service Account Termination
Service is provided on "As IS, AS AVAILABLE" basis. Provider gives no warranty, expressed or implied, for the service provided. Customer can not claim any reimbursement for loss of income due to disruption in service beyond the fees paid by the customer for using the service. Customer data is backed up on the hosting servers. In the unlikely event of backup data lost, Provider is not liable to you for any compensation, reimbursement or damages on account of the loss of data, except refund of fees paid for the service.
 
Intellectual Property Rights
You must not use the Services in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information.
 
Modification of this Service Agreement
This agreement can be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Provider. Upon modification of this agreement, the User has 30-day to cancel their account with the Provider or it will constitute acceptance of the modifications.
