Operator Console
Main application is build on stable and expandable Tomcat/Java Platform.
Accept
By clicking on Accept Option Chat session will begin with operator and Visitor.
Assist operator
Any operator can assist other operator in case of solving any problem or visitor’s query. Operators can share information through private chat which is not visible to the visitor.
Invite to chat
Any operator can initiate chatting by sending invitation to visitor visiting the site. This way visitor feels attended and important.
Take Over
Any operator can take over another operator’s chat in case of any query which the later is unable to solve.
Show history
Operator can view past chat history of any visitor. This way he can know about the series of queries and can handle it more efficiently.
Show Info
This option enables the Operator to see Visitor related information in a Separate tab.
Multiple Canned Messages
VisitCentric proffer multiple canned messages. Canned messages help the operator paste greetings/frequently asked questions in chat window without typing. You as a customer of VisitCentric can create canned messages in your CP. These canned messages save your operator’s time because they need not to type same text again and again for different visitors. VisitCentric’s flexible structure provides you functions which enhance your productivity and saves time as well.
Operator to Operator Chat
Operator to Operator Chat Vistcentric provides the facility of operator to operator chat. Any operator can assist other operator and help him to solve the customer queries.
Sound and Visual Alerts
Get audible and visual alerts when a Visitor requests chat, one operator drops the message to another, a new Visitor enters the site, visitor exit the site, and other actions.
Spell Checker
If you spell some word incorrect, spell checker will provide you the list with possible spellings and you can choose the correct one. Misspell words automatically highlight with red color fond. Operator can anytime enable or disable the option of spell checker from operator console.
Show only chats
Getting this option enable will show only chat requests in the Operator Console. And getting this option disable will show chat requests and Visits both.
Multiple Departments Facility
Operators accept chat depending on their department or skills. We offer multiple department facility, e.g. sales, billing, technical and general. All the four departments can be assigned to one operator.
Chat Transfer Facility
VisitCentric live chat provides the facility to switch the chat sessions with in the operators .Operators can refer any chat to other operator
