By choosing this option Visitor will receive conversation log or chat transcript on his email id.
Operator available/unavailable notification
In case Live Chat support is not available, “Operator: Not Available” message will flash on the right side of Visitor Chat window. In case of presence of Live Chat support, “Operator Available” message will appear.
Send email when live chat is unavailable
When Live Chat is unavailable, visitor can send his query by filling the form. The query will reach on the email id defined by Customer.
Visitor Feedback Form
After finishing the chat, there comes visitor feedback form. Visitor can rate his satisfaction level and can give comments.
Operator to Operator Chat
VisitCentric provides the facility of operator to operator chat. Any operator can assist other operator and help him to solve the customer queries.
Multiple Chat handling
One Operator can handle any number of chats at the same time. Each Chat runs at a separate tab in Operator Console.
Multiple Departments
Operators accept chat depending on their department and skills. We offer multiple department facility, e.g. sales, billing, technical and general.
Party is typing notification
Both parties, visitor and operator, can see when a peer is typing a message.This way both parties knows about other’s typing status.
